Martin Lurther King Jr

Posted by admin on January 25, 2010

Besides the Zoom Kobe V “MLK” which Kobe Bryant and a few other Lakers wore last night to honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day Nike also dished out some Nike Hyerpize shoes to some of their athletes. just like the Kobe V model the Hyperize features the same design scheme and color blocking with a grey base and accents of black, green and red (mostly on the outsole) to pay homage to the Pan-African flag. Numerous athletes throughout the league were seen sporing the MLK Hyperize last night during games, such as Pau Gasol from the Lakers, Stephen Curry and Cartier Martin from the Golden State Warriors, Marcus Thorton of the new Orleans Hornets, Steven Hunter from the Memphis Grizzlies, among a few others.
Just like the Kobe model there are no official details available on whether or not the Nike Hyperize "Martin Lurther King Jr.” PE will be released but it’s not expected at this time. If we hear anything else about either of the sneakers we will be sure to keep you filled in otherwise click here check out a few shots of various players wearing the sneakers last night thanks to Getty Images.
